Agreement and Property Photo Release A $50.00 non refundable deposit is required to begin the process and will be applied to the total cost. Approximately 1 week after the photos are taken the tour will be available for private viewing on line for my approval via e-mail. Once approved the balance will be due and payable, upon payment my tour will be posted online and the run date will be established. I understand my tour will be posted for 1 calendar year after the initial posting date. At that time I can choose to renew my contract for this same price. A renewal will also include a complete reshoot. During that year, reshoots can be scheduled for $50.00 per scene (plus a setup and travel fee of $35.00 per visit) by me (or an authorized agent of mine) to accommodate any changes made such as redecorating or the addition of new inventory. Changes to any text after initial approval will be provided at the write up value fee outlined above. If you have a website and desire a link to that site all we ask for is a reciprocal link. Angelica’s North Bay Panos will be responsible for and have control of all content published on their sites.
